It is in very convenient location. Out side of the building is beautiful however Room was very ordinary. I did not like the fact you had pictures with square look out in the advertising on Expedia website and when I got to hotel they gave me different room.

Centrally located Facade is so beautiful pinkish brick . In front of Republic square. Marriott is always a good place to stay. Big spacious rooms,we were placed in the newly renovated area but seemed not ,new . Carpet was not properly installed. tub was high and no handrails to hold to getting in and out. Otherwise it a nice place to stay.

It’s probably not fair to rate the reception based on my feeling when we arrived at 2:00 am, jet lagged and tired. I am a Marriott Rewards member, and I felt my question over breakfast in the morning was a simple one that could be addressed immediately. The staff member politely told me that he would need to check with his supervisor in the morning. Even though the request was granted in the morning, my experience with the reception staff has been one of polite efficiency. We just came from a week in Doha at a different hotel chain where I felt the staff was delighted to see us every time. The warm fuzzies seem to be missing, but everything else has been wonderful.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Armenian Marriott

This was our first trip to Armenia, and we were so excited to stay at the Marriott, given its great location and our previous experiences with their service. It did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, Mariam at reception made sure our check-in was smooth. To our surprise and delight, we got a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite! It was amazing. Lusine at the Executive Lounge was so kind and attentive, giving us great suggestions for places to visit nearby. The housekeeping staff, especially Chand and a couple of others, were fantastic. And Levon, the bellboy, was always quick to help with our luggage and give us directions when we needed them. The breakfast spread was perfect, with lots of delicious options. The room views were stunning, and everything was super clean. I can't stop raving about our stay. We would love to come back. Thank you, Marriott, for making our trip unforgettable!
