"Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch."
