"My room was dirty, many things did not work or were broken. The carpet was stained and disgusting. I was suppose to stay for 5 nights and only stayed for 1 due to condition of room and property upkeep."

While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only if we got a great deal vs the c£670 per night we paid, including breakfast.
