"Great hotel. Breakfast was especially good, and staff quick to please. Superb location, comfortable but smallish rooms, with huge beds made for an enjoyable stay. Couple of minor quibbles, when hotel was full, streaming was affected on Netflix etc. Maybe need better WiFi, and the gym is a glass hothouse. Aircon is very effective in rest of hotel but gym was way too hot. Good gym facilities for a smallish hotel though. Would definitely book again."

"Hotel was very nice with comfortable sunbeds good breakfast and great clean rooms with excellent views. One downside was that we should have free upgrade of the room but did not get that even though we saw a lot of them not booked. Gold member at Hotels.com does not give much in this matter."

"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay."

"Our stay at Lordos Beach Hotel was truly a blessing during a very stressful situation. We had to leave a VRBO property unexpectedly due to a serious mold issue and needed a safe, clean place immediately — and this hotel delivered exactly that and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. You could immediately feel the level of care and professionalism, which meant so much to us given the circumstances. The room was spotless, comfortable, and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, as our medical service dogs were welcomed without hesitation. That level of understanding and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Everything from the cleanliness to the service exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of our situation and the short nature of our stay, we did not have the opportunity to experience the spa — which we would have loved to enjoy — but it looked beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, Lordos Beach Hotel turned a difficult situation into a comfortable and safe experience for us. We are very grateful and would absolutely return under better circumstances to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer."

"Lovely modern room, comfy bed & smart tv. Nice view of pool and convenient side exit to harbour. Staff were super friendly, very welcoming and super helpful. Breakfast was average with limited options. Great location. Only criticism would be the fridge in the room was not cold. Would stay here again."

"staff at the front desk need to be more welcoming, lack of good customer services. No offer of luggage service to our room. The room location was not step free, it was outside the main build and it was raining, be careful of the slippery tiles "
