"The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "

"Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and despite being next to a road it was quiet in the room. The hotel building is in need of a bit of a refurb but the restaurant building was quite nice. Unfortunately the room could have been cleaner, the bed wasn't made properly and there was a lot of hair in the bath plug which was really horrible. "
