I am sorry that you were not happy with the bathroom. We have had no other issues relating to the bathroom reported to us. I wish you had discussed the matter when you were here.

I wish you had mentioned the TV channels problem and it would have been fixed.No other people have had problems with the key.Thanks for letting us know.

Breakfast is not a standard inclusion and I am unable to see any bookings with extra charges for breakfast. Breakfast must be ordered prior to 6pm the night prior. If a menu was not returned to reception it would not have been provided.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately we are waiting for a replacement part for the filter system. Looking forward to getting it back to its pristine sparkling self. On a side note, the weather has not warmed the pool yet and it will not be warm enough to swim until mid October.

Glad you enjoy the quietness of our property. Your request for a wifi password was granted within 2 mins of your request. You forgot to mention your complimentary late checkout to suit your daughter swim training needs. This is not normally accepted.

How terribly disappointing that you would not leave your name. My guess is you are the guest that booked they wrong room type on the Hotels.com site, then demanded it be changed to a more expensive room. Yes you had to pay extra. Reception staff spent half an hour on the phone trying to sort the misunderstanding from when you made the booking online. You were accommodated as requested after arrival. You were also given free sunscreen and a cot for your children.

Thank you for your review. A simple request for a soft bed could have been made at reception. Everybody has different preferences and we aim to help where ever possible. Personally I love the soft beds, but they are not every bodies cup of tea.

Hi Gregory, thank you for your fantastic review. If you could tell me your room number I can re check the bathroom door, I have not been able to find one that did not close. There are 5 power points for you usage (one for each person by the beds and 2 on the bench) in the main room, plus the TV and Fridge, and a double in the bathroom. With over 1 metre of free bench space in the bathroom I would have thought you had more than enough room for your toiletries. Yes there is only 2 hooks on the bathroom door, but ample space to hang 2 towels on the towel rails at the front of the bathroom bench. Look forward to seeing you again. ;-)

Hi Rodney, Our rooms are very big, well maintained and with many in room facilities, including a kitchenette with cutlery and crockery and a microwave. We also offer free Wifi, Free Guest Laundry, 10 Free channels on Foxtel and Free on-site parking It would be interesting to know what you thought was "average".
