"ALMOST everything was excellent. The room was adorable; the Nespresso in the room was a fantastic addition. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was so welcoming. THE In room snack options for purchase were a good addition and there were drinks for purchase as far as beer, wine etc. they also gave two complimentary bottles of water. All of this was a nice touch. They put coffee out everyday at 9am and had bug spray/sun lotions to use if needed. There were also cookies in the lobby etc. like I said EVERYTHING Was PERFECT — ALMOST! except for 3 things…..BOTH pools could’ve been cleaner — somebody ACTUALLY wrote CLEAN ME on the pool tile in the grime/soap scum at the main pool and it was there for days. Felt the property was gorgeous/well maintained except for BOTH pools. And That hammock was way too high off ground and a death trap if u ask me lol so many couples we spoke with at the pool said one of them fell off. With that said all that can be addressed/fixed quickly. NOW the front desk staff although NICE enough with folks could’ve been a little happier/cheerier. They were nice when addressed but felt they could’ve engaged more with guests. There was a power outage for a few hours due to a transformer blowing on/near property. The front desk open both their doors to create a breeze for themselves but never came out to pool to inform the couples at the pool of what transpired. I would still recommend staying here :) close proximity to beach/nightlife etc."

"April is a wonderful host and very helpful with anything you need. She goes above and beyond for her guests. The place was spotless and in such a great location. One block to Atlantic ave and one block to the ocean! The courtyard out front is perfect for morning coffee and the neighbors are so kind and courteous. The condo is stocked with anything and everything you need. The pool is very well maintained and never gets crowded. By far the best VRBO I’ve stayed in and hope to be back one day. Thanks again April!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with several great restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved having access to the Freebee cart service, which made getting around even easier.The property was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the grill access, which was a nice bonus for relaxing meals at the property.The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The neighbors we met were friendly, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, relaxing beach getaway!"

"Staff was very helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Having a kitchenette was a plus. The breakfast buffet had many choices daily. The food was just ok, but wouldn't complain about it since it came with the room fee. We traveled as a couple and wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but unfortunately on the weekend days it was jammed with kids throwing things and not being respectful of adults. Noone from the hotel monitoring the pool area."
