This home is 1 mile from world famous Torrey Pines Nature Preserve, Beach, & Golf Course, and a 3 minute walk to 7-11, Starbucks, Von’s Grocery, CVS, and 7 restaurants serving every cuisine you can imagine! During racing season, you can walk to the Del Mar Fairgrounds through a nature preserve three blocks away. The location offers quick access to the freeway taking you to Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Jolla and other coastal and beach communities. There is absolutely no better location to be no matter your reason for visiting the San Diego area.
