"Lovely stay at this VRBO. By far and away the best part was the sunset and easy walk to the beach. The property is clean and spacious. The heated pool is across a Parking lot. My hearty teens had no problem jumping in, but the adults found it too cold. Nevertheless, a fun resource while on vacation."

"I selected this property specifically for its proximity to the dog beach. I was visiting family and travel with my dog so I wanted him to be able to enjoy the beach as well. The off-leash dog beach is within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage has a fully fenced back yard and a hose to rinse my dog off after the beach and a small deck for him to dry off on. This condo was roomy enough for our 7 person extended family group however, the comfy couch shown in the living room photo was not what was there when we arrived, so hanging out together in the living room after a long day at the beach did not happen. The couches that were there were uncomfortable. The place was clean enough but a good deep cleaning and a few more dishes and coffee cups in the kitchen...

"A beautifully appointed, comfortable home conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and activities and our California family. We walked to beach and breakfast everyday. "If you are looking for a kooky fun abode to stay in while in Del Mar this is it! If you are a clean freak, this is not for you! Not that it's dirty, but its hasn't been updated, so has some film of age. Luckily we are the former and not the latter. This is a charming house built in the 70's, with many unique features. The top room is incredibly relaxing with a full view of the ocean. The light system is retro space age. The kitchen is adequate, with accumulated utensils from over the years....

"Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay."
