"Nice clean hotel with very kind and friendly staff. Spacious rooms but only downside was either no windows or very small windows overlooking internal courtyard so very little natural light and no nice view from the room."

"There was dried urine on the toilet seat, the tub clogged when you shower and there were ripped sheets on the beds. We were given precious few linens and had to request more and the shower shampoo and body wash needed to be refilled. Breakfast and service was good but over-priced. Be aware that parking costs an extra $30/day and it’s located on a busy highway through Revere and East Boston."

"We used the airport shuttle and when we called to book it, the guy at the front desk was very nice and explained where we needed to go to get picked up. The front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. Room was very clean and up to date. They have a good variety for breakfast. Great location for airport convenience! "

"Omni Parker House was a short walk from all of Boston’s major attractions and overall in a great location. The hotel staff was very friendly and kept that composure when they assured us that it was no big deal when we forgot our sunglasses in our car and needed the valet to go get it for us. The doorman, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, greeted us with a smile every time we walked in and out of the building. As for our room, it was clean and had a working AC unit which was crucial for us because it was very hot during our stay. Each day, the beds were nicely made and fresh towels were provided. We did not get the chance to eat at Parker’s restaurant or enjoy a drink at the bar, but we heard that both were nice and the Boston cream pies were to die for! "

"The room was small but very comfortable with a decent view. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch with a decent wine selection. We flew to Boston on a redeye and got to the hotel really early in the morning. Thankfully, our room was ready and their amazing, hospitable staff let us check in early with not extra charge. The nap was much needed! "

"Stayed for one night before an early flight out of Logan. Easy access to the property and only about 5-7min from the airport. Will definitely stay here again for early flights."
