The beds were comfortable, we did have some cleanliness issues with the refrigerator and also the dining table but everything else was great. "This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location off County Line Road. The hosts are outstanding - great communications, very accommodating, and supply the house well. It is very clean and the kitchen has all you need for your stay. The TVs have all the apps loaded - easy to get to your favorites. We had a lot of rain so spots in the back yard got muddy - fortunately we had a dark towel with us to clean our dog's paws before it came back inside."

"Property was exactly that, a slice of Heaven. Cozy comfy beds and couches, nice place to recharge. Location is great, enjoyed all of Athens, explored the Huntsville attractions, and the Smokey mountains are a beautiful 2 hour drive away for an amazing day out. Property itself is safe and secured, and possibly the best sunrise you’ll ever have the pleasure of being a part of. The land around feels like home and could easily spend an entire day out there by the pond, enjoying all the wildflowers...

"This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! We had everything we needed in the house and the best part is that the house is pet friendly. There is a large backyard with more than enough room for your dog to play and run. Chris was an excellent host; communication was almost immediate. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time. The garage with the ping pong really was nice we had a good time. Now I have to buy a pong pong table. Close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Was planning a longer stay but work projects wouldn’t allow so we booked a short stay. We defineitely did not want to go yet."

"This VRBO was wonderful! It was so clean, and i am super picky. It was one of the most, if not the most serene/peacful places i have ever stayed. It's a little out of the wat, but that's the point. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially one who is looking for a restful, peaceful escape. The only suggestion I would give, and this isnt to the Host, just grab whatever groceries you think you are going to want/need on the way. It's a bit of a drive to a grocery store if you check in...
