"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend you don’t stay here. Their rooms are quite old with old carpets and not great smell. Their “hot tub” pumped out cold water. Overall a poor experience. Don’t recommend at all."

"Great place to stay on short notice, however, our TV didn’t work. So we turned it off, but we had a great day. We’ll stay again if ever stranded in Calgary. :D"

"The hotel was clean and in a great location for anything you're doing downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only real complaint was that the thermostat said it was set to 20 C for my comfort, but my room was definitely at 23 C and the note beside it said to only adjust it 2 degrees either way. So I set it to 18 C and I don't feel like there was any change in temp, so I had to open the window all night and even then the room was quite hot."
