"We loved the room, and the view, and the proximity to the river and GAB. The construction all around was odious, but certainly not the fault of the hotel. Oddly, the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan ~ but it was BIG, and that is so nice! I am so tired of bathrooms with the same dimensions as my broom closet at home! the entire living space was wonderfully expansive>>>lots of room for our stuff, lounging around. King beds are a must, and this one was pretty comfortable~!"

I have never been treated this badly and it was after I had paid and tipped -"

After letting the nighttime front desk attendant of an issue with our room, we were accommodated and moved to an upgraded suite.
