What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in"

"The Heritage Hotel in Manila is an excellent stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a good variety of food to choose from. The restaurant is also very good with a good menu and good food. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the renovated rooms are much nicer than the older rooms. If you don’t mind paying a little extra. The hotel itself is very secure and in a good location."

"Good hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The area is busy with lots going on and plenty of places to eat. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant, it does get busy so book in advance. The views are great from the top. The only drawback I found were the elevators. The hotel is services by only three so at times it got very busy and there is a bit of a wait. Not a deal breaker though. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"We stayed here from 3 nights, at first I was worries not to check in early,We arrived early and luckily there was available room for us, from the staffs helped us with our luggages in the car, checking in, went to our rm assisted by one of their staff, requested addtl towels ( very fast respond ) breakfast was also amazing thou there is not much options but taste was great, our room door broke in the third day it was the battery died called front desk and they responded so quickly. All in all experience I can say it was excellent this place is highly recommended.10/10"

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. On top of the 50% discount, seniors are entitled to additional 20% off. The international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb. We enjoyed the food selections. The Dining room staff gave us and excellent service. The Jasmine Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel served us excellent Chinese soup and food at a reasonable price with a senior discount. The Housekeeping Staff and services were excellent. The Concierge and Reception staff services were excellent too. The parking slot is free for each room. The hotel has 25 floors. We were at the 14th floor. Our twin bed superior room has a very good view and very comfortable beds, pillows and beddings and toiletries. We enjoyed our 10 days stay at New World Hotel Makati City Philippines."
