"The staff was very pleasant, the room smelled clean and the bed was comfortable... But I was greeted by a rolling tumbleweed of black hair when walking to the vanity. The floor left my feet black. And the hook in the bathroom was ripped out of the wall, leaving a hole. The desk lamp by the TV had electric issues and gave a strobe light effect. It looked like it was updated recently, but not quite finished. It was quiet for the most part, and they serviced my room everyday. The AC unit worked...
"Very unpleasant experience we were told the last 2 blankets were given out already and they had no more to give this is after standing in the lobby for 45 minutes just to be told no and a guy ahead of his had his room cancelled on him and they couldn't accommodate him to another room mind you it's almost midnight such a horrible experience we cancelled our next night and left."
