Convenient and affordable clean hotel with a great tavern for meals right next door. Beautiful clean swimming pool, friendly staff and airport shuttle service for whenever you book it for. Beds are super comfy and air conditioning is icy cold. More than happy to stay here again when flying out of Darwin in the early hours again

Quality Hotel was conveniently located near Darwin Airport for me. With a bistro next door and room service breakfast, I didn't need to travel far to find the meals I needed for my overnight stay.

Our overnight stay was good the checking staff were lovely and friendly. He arranged a shuttle bus for us at 4.30 am to transport us to the airport for a 0600 flight the next day. upon checking out we were told the shuttle bus had broken down and we needed to arrange our own transport indicating a phone on desk linked to taxis. After a very stressful 15 mins of waiting for a cab it arrived, which we shared with another guest who was also booked on this shuttle bus. A phone call at 0400 would have been nice to let us know about the broken-down shuttle bus saving us added stress and time.

Rip-off Hotel management
Had a flight cancellation by the Airline, not by me, and phoned this Hotel and tried to move my reservation to the following night, BUT they wanted nothing to do with it AND then refused a refund EVEN though they weren't fully booked. Have had other Hotels help out by changing dates in this situation, but not this 'money at any cost' Hotel ! will definitely avoid this Hotel in the future.

Please note you paid the company you booked your room through not the hotel it is policy for the guest to contact the company you booked through for any cancelations or date changes we are not a "money at any cost" hotel we work well with our guests but the company you booked through has policy we must follow

This hotel has only one good feature - closeness to Darwin airport. The only room access was by elevator which indicated that they have a security problem. Eating options nearby were extremely limited.

i am sorry you feel this way but there is actually 6 ways to get in to the hotel there is 5 stair wells and a lifte

Simple room with free airport transfer which is extremely useful if doing a connecting flight the next day. Else limited dining and far from any tourist sights.

Night manager picked us up from airport at 3am. Friendly and efficient. Agreed to pay extra $25 for 12pm checkout. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am followed by a phone call from reception at 10.15am. Room was clean but carpet smelled and was sticky. Was able to leave bags while we picked up hire car.

really only good for a stopover
checked in at about 6pm with a fellow traveller from the same flight. Even at that time of day the place was being run by one person ( airport pickup, check-in etc) so i’d hate to think what would happen if you needed assistance while that person is away. The hotel relies on the pub next door as somewhere you can eat. Nothing else within walking distance.

you have other choices
This place obviously has some huge hurdles to jump with their customer service in regard to all of the staff, best you choose somewhere else until they have had a good attempt at that. It isn't worth saving the few dollars compared to other options as what the others offer on all levels far exceeds what you get here.
