"First room: no air con working; second room: person (s) already in the room; third room: ok. Leaving the property no access with the new room key to be able to get the gate open from the car park to be able to leave"

"Parking was reasonable, choice of underground/gated carpark at rear or paid parking on frontage. Breakfast was expensive but easily accessible due to time constraints. The staff did a grand job with dealing with an emergency(electrical fire), and secured alternative accommodation for the night"
