"We arrived at the property but were unable to get a proper address or access code.We were unable to contact the property owner at all and neither could the VRBO representative I contacted to assist us. We had to find alternative accommodation which was very inconvenient and frustrating. We felt like we had been scammed!!Do not reserve this property!!!"

"Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I repeatedly called the provided contact number, but no one answered. As a result, I was left without a room until around 3 AM, when the night guard finally managed to find an open room after exhausting all attempts to reach the reception.
