The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The onsen was a delightful experience. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was excellent with reasonable prices. "The rooms were immaculate and large. Very happy with how comfortable the beds were. The public bath (women) was a wonderful experience. The pubic baths were very clean and well-maintained. I used the washer/dyers twice without issue. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel offers free umbrella use if you notice rain as you exit the main entrance/exit. In an amazing location near Kyoto Station but far enough away to avoid the crowds coming/going from the station. Highly recommend staying here! "
