The were great. We needed two rooms and they were able to put us beside each other. Staff kept our luggage so we could spend the day looking around before going to our next location.

An old hotel, but very updated. Our TV had different options for Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. the room was nice and big, great for 2 people. And it was a 2 minute walk from Nabari Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The only problem we noticed was in the light there were some cobwebs. We did see a spider on the wall as well. Other than that, everything was fine!

おすすめできるホテルです。

駐車場代が無料だと嬉しい。(600円) チェックイン後につけてもらったけど800円であれば納得。申込時に今後は注文します。 SmailHotelになる前に止まった事が有りますがその時は非常に狭い印象のホテルでしたが、リニューアルされて快適でした。

施設は古いものですが、 目一杯清掃、目一杯節約で、 安価な価格で宿泊させて頂きました。 ツインルームでした。 昔の大きさだけに広くて快適でした。

こんな最悪なホテル初めて！

本当に最悪なホテルでした。次はありません。到着時間が遅くなるのと駐車場は空いてるかと聞くのに連絡をしたが電話に出ず…到着したら、やはり満車で市営の駐車場へと案内地図持たされたが空いてるか定かではないのに行けという…！ 1泊だが大人二人分の荷物とお土産など持って行動するもホテルにスロープさえなく階段で重たい荷物を持ち運び、部屋では電気のスイッチが頭元になくわざわざ入り口まで消しに行かないと消せない！トイレと浴室のドアは固くなかなか開かない、親戚の家が近いから決めたが、毎回決まってるところがまだよかった。もういいわつて感じです

喫煙ルームだったが、空気清浄機は埃だらけで掃除がされていない。風呂場の天井の水滴がそのままで準備されていたタオルも濡れていたし、床も濡れてしまっていてトイレに入る時に滑ってしまう。 テーブルも埃が溜まっていて…。
