"When I arrived the parking lot was full of shady people drinking by their cars. When I went up to my second floor room, there was a very strong cleaning chemical smell that gave me a headache. Then around 4:50am there was someone tapping on my room window and door. I refused to open the door but couldn’t see anyone through the peep hole or window. This persisted for about 15 mins and then stopped. When I called the front office, nobody answered. It felt like someone was trying to get me to open the door, but I wouldn’t. I had payed for 2 nights through Expedia but checked out after only 1 night. I notified the staff about my experience and the guy told me I could leave but I would have to email the property owner to see if they would refund my second night. I emailed but got no response. Overall this was a terrible experience with very unhelpful staff. I don’t recommend staying here. It also felt very unsafe."

"Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though"

"This is a very nice house, clean, lots of space and simple but exquisite… however the communication is not good I wish there were tvs in the bedrooms other than that all my guests along with myself loved this house … very cozy and next to everything and access to other places not too far … I would rent again "
