"Hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice comfortable beds and spacious family room. Rooms cleaned daily. Very convenient for getting to disney park shuttles can be busy but even for a taxi very cheap. Breakfast was plentiful even during busy period something for everybody. Bar area was stunning and always clean and tidy as was reception. Great pool for a break away from parks and open until 10 pm just hard to find working locker but can leave belongings by the pool if not lucky with one. 2 small arcade rooms to entertain the kids and big kids. Nice grounds to walk around and huge inflatable in back garden for kids to play on too "

"Beautiful area outside of Paris. Very quiet and safe. Townhouses are wonderful!!! We used private transportation to get to and from Paris each day. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Our porter Irwin was very kind and helpful. He helped transport our luggage and was eager to answer questions."

"Excellent shuttle bus service to Disney. Buffet breakfast was fautless and good quality. One evening meal there was good, and excellent value compared to disneylands offerings. Room was standard. For the price it's 5 stars."

"Staff & room were great with 24 hr front desk service! The area was nice in the suburbs and close to a few restaurants & take out. Also a small local grocer was within a 5 minute walk and the bus to Disneyland was right around the corner. My only complaint was that another customer in the building smoked on the balcony outside and it wafted through my window and stunk up my room a little. Room was very small, but in good condition and I slept great in the bed!"

"Everything was lovely and would return and recommend. The only thing that was awful was the cooked breakfast it was cold and the sausages were not a good taste."

"First time taking my kids to Disneyland. My sister and her family have stayed here loads of times and she highly recommended it. They were even good enough to put us in adjoining lodges after requesting it. Very spacious, very clean, very quiet and lots to do on site."

"It was a great stay and the swimming and facilities were great. Only downside was we reported a very bad smell in the bathroom with the toilet in on our second day. Maintenance did come and we communicated via Google translate and were told they would return that day to repair the silicone sealant around the shower and not to use the shower in that bathroom. They never returned and we spent the rest of our week using the shower over the bath in the other bathroom and avoiding using the toilet in our cottage due to the bad smell."

"Every visit to Disneyland and Disney world thru my life has been magical until this one. We rented a 3 room apartment. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle to Disney and can't get in for extra hour bc weren't provided magic band. Disney park helped giving us 3/5 bc they contacted someone and showed reservation was for 3. We called expedia and spent hour with them sorting that hotel messed up reservation but now fixed. So I call hotel to ask if luggage can be brought to room. Thus time I'm told there isn't any reservations for us. I get hung up on 3x. I call emergency number and reception continuously for hrs. I use whatsapp contact and get ahold of housekeeping who tries to help. She has reception call. Reception says all fixed now and security will have luggage and keys when we return after show. We take uber home and security again won't let us in. He makes uber leave us at gate. We argue hr. He finally gives us 3 passes and says we can get bags in morning. We need bags for selves and kids so argue longer. Finally at 130 we have a room. Hotel staff ruined our Disney Paris park day bc all day on phone dealing with problems"
