Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Staff I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was also great, you need to book your breakfast 1 day in advance. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is my second stay at this perfect cozy Homestay . Highly recommended. Great poolside rooms with loving staff. The Earth Villa is marvelous for family stays in Hoi An.

Very nice the beds need to be upgraded.The locking system on door is cumbersome couldn’t imagine being in a panic situation trying to work the lock.Lee was awesome!!

The driver that picked us up from the airport was fabulous. We were greeted upon arrival with big smiles and great people. Every morning and return during the day we were greeted by name. They provided a birthday cake the morning of my husbands birthday our stay was super

We last stayed here in 2013 and it was amazing in every way. It is still comfortable but the rooms are showing their age a bit now and the bathrooms particularly are a little run down. BUT the rooms are still perfectly comfortable, the staff are all lovely and always helpful, the included breakfast is delicious and the room cost is very reasonable. If you want super fancy facilities pay four times the price and stay down the road.

Relaxing break

This hotel was a break from the busy central Hoi An. The hotel was very well presented with a lovely pool and our room was very private no 7 villa. The bed was very firm but they did arrange a little bit of extra padding but still very firm. We dined in the restaurant a few times and were extremely impressed with the food quality. It is a pity they don’t seem to promote it well enough. Other people that we spoke to didn’t realise you could get meals. As we had stayed a week we were treated to a free dinner on the last night. The reception staff Blossom and Jasmine were always helpful, the kitchen, ground and room staff were always very happy and a joy to be around. The pool was a great relaxation place when the temperature was warm.

Fantastic people

Loved this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are large. Nice pool area. A little far from the old town unless you don't mind taking inexpensive taxis. But far for walkers. Bicycles a bit old & very heavy for inexperienced bikers, like me. Could use more lighting and hot water in shower tends to run out slowly before you finish. Wifi not secure as no password is required.

Just Amazing

I picked the Earth Villa because of its favourable reviews, I wasn’t disappointed. Incredible value for money. A lovely big room with a massive comfortable bed, lots of wood and big doors that opened out onto the balcony. A nice pool in the central courtyard area, although I didn’t use it. Nice choice of breakfast. 15 minutes by car, 30 cycling away from the beach and probably a 30 minute walk into the old town. Not forgetting the friendly helpful staff including the lovely Blossom 🌹

Felt like home in Vietnam.

Earth Villa was a really lovely place to stay. The team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - the irganised drivers, tours and recommended tailors. We were about 1k from the edge of old town so its walkable, but also a very cjeap cab ride if you dont feel like it. Hands down best breakfast we had in Vietnam too. I would definitely stay here again.

Trevligt hotell med bra service och trevlig personal. Bra frukost, man får beställa hur mycket man vill från menyn. Det ända negativa är att hotellet ligger en bra bit både från gamla stan och stranden.

Beautiful garden hotel

We had a lovely room, with an amazing pool. Location perfect-jyst between town center and the beach. Staff so helpful, and very accommodating. Would highly recomend- restaurant also delicious!

Excellent Family Run Hotel

We stayed here over the Christmas period as a change from budget hotels and hostels during our sabbatical. We arrived on the 24th of December and the hosts had kindly prepared a Christmas meal for all the guests that evening which was a lovely surprise and a great way to meet everyone else at the hotel. The rooms are great, beds comfortable and the whole place is kept impeccable clean. The family run a tight ship here and were extremely helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. Breakfast was a real highlight for myself, unlimited selection of the menu and all of it was very tasty!

Nettes Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt

Sehr sauberes ubd gemütliches Hotel 2.5 km von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Helle komfortable Zimmer mit Blick auf Innenhof mit Pool. Dadurch relativ ruhig. Fahrräder werden kostenlos angeboten. Lauferei nervt etwas. Viele gute und günstige Restaurants in der Umgebung. Tolles Frühstück a la carte. Wird alles frisch gemacht und man darf so viel bestellen wie man mag.

Entspannt im Grünen

Die Earth Villa lädt zum Entspannen ein, die Lage ist gut. Und mit den Fahrrädern, die für die Gäste zur Verfügung stehen, ist man schnell mitten in Hoi An. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Tip: mietet einen Roller. Den gibt es für kleines Geld über das Hotel zu mieten, und man kommt damit entspannt an die schönen Strände Hoi An's. Man sollte aber über eine gewisse Erfahrung als Fahrer verfügen, um in Vietnam zu fahren.

Beautiful hotel surrounding a lovely pool.

At first I was disappointed in the location - halfway between Ancient town and beach. The hotel does supply free bike hire. The hotel is lovely. Very quaint, with all rooms surrounding the lovely pool. The staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They even invited us to have dinner there on our last night. Overall very good. Some great places to eat nearby. The Red Dragon and Dingo Deli both worth a visit.
