Location is good. The room is big and nicely designed. However the room is dusty at some corners, the towels are dirty and the pillows smell awful.. the fan has not been cleaned for long, I guess. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful though.... the hotel has no lift but they help to carry all our luggage up to our room.

Fantastic value and location
I loved everything about this hotel, except the mattresses ... I have to admit that they were super-firm, which does not appeal to me. But other than that ONE thing, it was great. Our host, the room, the charm of the hotel, location, etc., was wonderful.

Superb and good location
Very nice and friendly hotel! Especially with the good location, close to the old town and at the same time not so busy in the streets. The receptionist was the mist wonderful woman on earth! Cudos to such a great «guide» to Hoi An and all of its secrets

Nice hotel in central area
Good hotel the staff was friendly and the serivce was execellent. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit musty and damp. This was because when we arrived our room doors were wide open. Other than this the stay was execllent

Nice Homestay in Great Location
This homestay is in a great location, easy walking distance to the Ancient Town of Hoi An (which is especially convenient in the hot weather!). The pool was a really refreshing way to cool down between walking around town in the afternoon and going to dinner. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind-- everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping me with whatever I needed. Room was nice, with gorgeous tall glass doors (perhaps a bit risky if you're worried about security, though there was a safe in the room). I'd say facilities were on par with a 3-star hotel.

Wonderful, friendly family homestay
We had a brilliant stay here. We were travelling with two small children and the staff were extremely warm and accommodating to all of us. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food: the best we had in Hoi An.

Amazing place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can't say enough about the staff - all of them were helpful, efficient and kind. The room was very spacious, had a comfortable bed, had a large windowed double door and was cleaned daily. The bathroom was modern and clean. Everything we tried from the breakfast menu was delicious and we enjoyed eating them on the outdoor patio. We didn't go in the pool but it always looked clean and had crystal clear water . It is an easy 3 block walk to the 'Ancient Town'. Because it is just off the main street it is relatively quiet. The Tea Garden Restaurant that borders the street has great vegetarian spring rolls - it also does room service

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was perfect. Ideal situation. Good breakfast. Don't forget to have lunch on Tea Garden Restaurant good price and amazing food!!

amazing staff, great rooms, great location
stayed here for 4 nights. the staff was amazing! Moved us 3 rooms. the first one we were scared as a number of days before we arrived hoi-an was flooded in about a meter and a half of water, and we didn't want to sleep on the first floor. so we got upgraded (for free) to a bigger room on the third floor. afterwards i also told her that there was no safe in our room for some reason and we wanted one, so we got changed a room AGAIN. Also, i had asked the owner where i can get a mosquito net, and she just went by herself and bought me a mosquito-net in the market! apart from that the staff was very helpful in everything we wanted to do. the location of the homestay was AMAZING. very close to everything. the rooms are very big and nice, and breakfast was delicious.

Lovely homestay with great location, walking distance to everything in town. Thanh and all the staff are amazing. The garden setting and large room comfortably fit my family. The breakfast is nice too. Highly recommended!

We just loved staying here! Clean, spacious, central, friendly...just a great place to stay and to be at. Particular mentions for the breakfast and the fabulous pool. We will definitely stay again when we return next summer. Mrs T is an absolute gem - a lovely kind soul who is so helpful. Can't recommend this place more highly.

Lovely hotel owner and great service/location
The main hotel owner lady is sooo friendly and extremely helpful! The hotel was in a great location close to the ancient town. The free breakfast was so good too! Freshly made to order omelette, pancakes eggs etc aswell as juices and fruit. Highly recommended.

We booked for 3 nights and ended stay one extra night because we really like the place. Very friendly and helpful staff, booked airfare for us from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City. Great breakfast every morning loved fresh fruit juice. Handy location only a few mins walk to ancient town. We have also rented a motor bike cross the road from the hotel which allowed us explored more of the countryside. Cooking class arranged by the hotel was a great experience for us.

Awesome homestay.
Great getaway. Awesome place to hang out and have breakfast. There is a pool. The family is amazing nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Would stay here again next time in Hoi An.

Great home stay,
The staff were wonderful. As we are seniors they motorbiked us to various places and then picked us up afterwards . Great location in center of town. Beautiful accommodation. The only complaint was the hard bed. However they folded two thick blankets under the sheets. Would highly recommend this home stay

A real jewel in a lovely town. You'll love it
This was my wife's and my first trip to Vietnam. The Tea Garden Homestay was a beautiful small Hotel with 10 rooms. The rooms were furnished with modern and comfortable furnishings with floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden where a order from the menu breakfast was prepared for us in the open air restaurant. The hotel is family owned and run. They were all very friendly and helpful giving use guidance on recommendation to a tailor where I had a suit made. I was very happy with the work and the cost. The staff also was helpful in advice of what to visit in the ancient to which was on a five minute walk from the hotel. The teenager was studying English and he and my Wife had an English one morning after breakfast and also later in the afternoon. We were very surprised at the quality of room. I don't think that I have never seen a hotel in this price range this the high quality of the furnishing that the Tea Garden Homestay. We only had 2 nights on our schedule for Hoi An. We enjoyed our stay greatly and really wished we could have stayed there longer. I am sure that everyone would enjoy the Tea Garden Homestay. Everything was top grade from the room, the helpful and friendly staff and the service, and the food.

Wonderful. Excellent location. Large rooms, great air conditioning. Get a room with a balcony it is lovely sitting on terrace. Staff lovely. Bed hard but hard everywhere in vietnam.

Three of us enjoyed an incredible stay here. We were well looked after. We visited a friend in one of the larger resort style hotels: that's when we realized that we had picked the best possible hotel- perfect location, kind staff, and modern and spacious accommodations.

Great hotel 5 minutes from old town
We stayed 2 nights in Jan 2015. Teagardens is a very small hotel just 5 minutes walk from the start of the old town area. Rooms are beautifully arranged - ours was on the first floor overlooking the gardens (just a grass area really). Good breakfast served under an outside patio area. Staff were always very helpful and nice. A very nice and inexpensive hotel.

Lovely family
We couldn't have been made more welcome by this lovely family. Nothing was too much trouble to organise and all done with a smile. Very comfortable room and a nice breakfast, freshly cooked, in the garden. It is not in the very centre of town, but is a very easy walk to all shops and restaurants.

위치는 좋아요. 직원들도 친절하고, 주변에 건물들이 공사중이라 소음이 있었습니다만, 낮에는 거의 돌아다녔기 때문에 크게 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다. 매니저가 늘 카운터에 있지 않기때문에 가끔 휴지나 타올을 달라고 요청할 때 빠르게 대처가 되지 않았습니다. 이불에서는 발냄새가 매우 심해서 좀 힘들었어요. 하지만 직원들은 친절했고, 2층 패밀리룸도 사이즈도 크고 작은 테라스를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

アットホームで落ち着きました
こちらは、ダナン旅行初日に1泊させて頂きました。チェックインは激速で、過去最速でした。なので、朝食等に関して後ほど聞きに行く事になりましたが。。皆さん、いつも笑顔で接して下さり、とても落ち着くホテルでした。難点はＴＶがつかなかった事と、併設されたレストランでのオーダー式の朝食が、ジュース、バケットにベーコン2切れと、少し淋しい気がしました。私がよく食べる方なので(笑)　翌日のミーケビーチへの移動はタクシー価格の7割程度でハイヤーを用意して下さいました。立地もいいですし、落ち着きますし、次にホイアンに来るとしたら、またホテルの選択肢に入ると思います。

ทำเลดีมากๆ อยู่ใกล้เมืองเก่า เดินสบายๆ เจ้าของโรงแรมดูแลและให้คำแนะนำต่างๆดีมากๆ ช่วยเหลือดี มีร้านอาหารของโรงแรมอร่อย มีอาหารเช้าบริการฟรี ร้านอาหารราคาไม่แพง เจ้าของร้านอาหารบริการเยี่ยม มีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีก แนะนำเลย ทุกคนในทริปนี้ 11 คนประทับใจมากๆ

Vi boede en familie på 4 hos Tea Garden i 6 nætter og nød rigtig meget opholdet. Fine værelser med balkon ude foran. Værtinden er virkelig hjælpsom og arrangerede også 2 af vores ture. Morgenmaden er valgfri efter menukort, så ikke noget gourmet, men fint. Sengene er lidt hårde. Tea Garden ligger i virkelig fin gå afstand til Old Town. Tæt på ligger en kaffebar, hvor de også sælger Baskin Robbins is som flere gange blev nydt ved poolen😊 Kan godt anbefale stedet.

街中にもほど近い、こじんまりとした便利なホテル
数年前にできた、比較的新しいホテルのようです。 今までホイアンではアンホイ島に宿泊していて、市街地に宿泊は初めてでした。 ナイトマーケットまでは徒歩10分強かかります。 ホテルの周りにはスーパーやレストラン、有名なチョコレート店など お店には困りません。 周りには住宅街もあり、ホイアン住民の普段の生活の様子も垣間見れます。 4人宿泊出来る 1泊1万円以下 プールがある という条件でここのダブルベッド2台の部屋を選びました。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーです。 部屋は昔ながらのベトナム風で、ビジネスホテルのように無機質ではなく ややリゾート感を感じられます。 お風呂は簡易的なもので、シャワーカーテンがありますが、 シャワーブースが木の枠で出来ていて、 排水溝に向かって傾斜が全くないため なかなか流れて行かず、枠も超えて トイレにお湯が流れて来てしまいます。 シャンプーを使うと泡もなかなか流れず ちょっと苦労しました。 朝ごはんはすぐ近くのレストランで。 夜もそこで食べましたが、ホイアンの名物料理も一通り揃っていて 味も良かったです。 豪華さはないけれど、アットホームなホテルを探している方には 4人泊まれることを考えたらコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。

정말 만족스러웠습니다! 다들 친절하시고 많이 웃어주시고 제공되는 아침식사도 정말 맛있었습니다ㅎㅎ 제가 질문이 많아서 가기전에 메일을 정말 많이 드렸는데 다 친절하게 대답해주셨어서 직접 만났을때 정말 반가웠어요 ㅎㅎ 호이안에서 하루 머물고 다낭으로 넘어가는 일정이었는데 호이안에서 더 머물걸... 하는 아쉬움이 남을정도였어요!
