Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We would like to say Thanks to the staff, they surprise us by upgrade to the birthday theme suite room without extra charge after they find out my girl friend birthday on the 2nd day stay and even more they send some staff to present a chocolate mouse birthday cake right after we check in, that warm birthday cheer was the high light of the 2 day Hoian trip my girl friend was delight she even keep mention it! We will definitely recommend your hotel to friends & family

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong month. After realizing the mistake (past the incorrect dates), I contact their sale department. Ms. Trang and her management team allowed us to change our stay to the right time.

Quaint hotel. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean , rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. The front desk and security very friendly! Free bicycles were a bonus. Buffet breakfast had many options and cooked to order eggs and omelettes . Loved our stay and would recommend!

4성 호텔이지만 좀 오래된 건물입니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절했습니다. 주변 건물이 공사중이지만 그다지 시끄럽지 않게 잘 지냈으며 3일동안 수영장을 잘 이용했습니다 욕실은 깨끗하며 물도 잘 나오고 배수도 잘 되었습니다 제가 묵은방은 조용하지만 뷰는 전혀 없는 방이었습이다 구. 시가지까지 걸어가기는 멀어 택시타고가면 3만동 정도니 편하게 이용하세요

Tolles Hotel in Stadt Nähe. Taxi kostet ca 2 EUR. Die Zimmer sind schön, der Pool ebenfalls - man sollte vielleicht wissen, dass der Frühstücksraum nicht klimatisiert ist. Bei 38 Grad draußen wünscht man sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren 4 Nächte hier und absolut zufrieden Ich wünschte wir hätten noch mehr Zeit gehabt um auch die Umgebung weiter zu erkunden. Die Mitte von Vietnam ist am schönsten. Definitv den Schneider Mr. XE aufsuchen und sich Kleidung nähen lassen. Zudem Restaurant Morning Glory besuchen sowie Brothers Cafe

Nice king-size bed and patio tables outside all upper level rooms that overlooked the pool below. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast with freshly made crepes and eggs made to order. The hotel apologized for the construction activity on both sides of the property; construction noise was restricted to daytime hours.

We had arranged to be collected from the airport however the car never turned up. No apology was made we were simply told the computer system was down so the car had not been sent. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The family room suited our needs well.

Great staff and amazing property. You can't tell from the outside, but the inside is the tropical oasis. The only complaint I have with the hotel is the cleanliness of the tub in our King Deluxe suite. There was a rubber mat on the bottom of the tub. I notice it a little further away from the showerhead than I normally like it, so I picked it up and tried to move it. Well, it seems like no one has done that in a while, because underneath the mat had what looked like months of grime and gunk built up. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean, but there was just this one spot which really grossed me out.
