Great, value for money home stay

This was a lovely home stay, very close the the old quarter in Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They gave us good advice about things to do Hoi An. The rooms are great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff at this homestay are wonderful. If you want to stay where all the action is, this place is a quick walk to the market but much more quiet. My room was tidy with ac and a fan. I had a great stay and would recommend.

This place has everything needed for a stress-free vacation; everyday housekeeping, clean towels, a couple of bottles of water (which are needed), efficient air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and attentive, the whole place kept very clean. Central location, close to Night Market and hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bistros. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Property is clean. Its in a corner, in a narrow street, off the main road so was abit difficult to find. Location is good. Close to local cafe, bars and eating places and very close walk to Hoi An old town.

Great place to stay

Great homestay. My GF and I stayed here for 6 nights and they were so helpful. As soon as we arrived and checked in, the host sat us down and told us about all the places we could potentially visit during our stay. The homestay itself was right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the ancient town and was only a 15-20 min cycle to An Bang Beach. Would deffo stay here again if ever we are back in Hoi an

We are a family of 5 that rented 2 spacious rooms. The family that owns the hotel is so warm and helpful. The facilities are very clean with cute decor. We loved being able to have coffee on the terrace each morning and my kids loved the banana pancakes. Amazing value as well! Short walk to Old Town, many great restaurants within a 10 min walk, and short drive to beach. We felt so comfortable during our weeklong stay and wish we had longer at Nu Ni.

Located down an alley. It is nothing but a delight. Staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs - shopping, dining and transportation. We were located far enough away from the main road that is was not loud. We were only a 10min walk away from the old town. Plenty of great restaurants near NuNi hotel.

Despite the off road entrance, first and second floor with no lift, the room (#204) was amazing...large, 2 double beds, shower that drained, air con. Swimming pool a life saver.

Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again

This property is centrally located but also tucked away enough from the main road for a more homey feeling. Check-in was spectacular. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. They readily provided me with lots of useful information on food as well as possible tours & visits nearby. The food recommendations were especially top-notch. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful. The An Bang beach Is just 4km away and old town very close. Someone was always available at the entrance.
