Lovely boutique hotel at the end of Hoi An. Amazing staff who went out of their way to provide the best service and experience possible. They were able to give suggestions for tours and organise the sweetest driver at a reasonable price without fuss.

This hotel was a nice stay for our family. The pool was small but we had fun playing games. The spa was lovely and so convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and we even ate dinner here too. The happy hour was an added bonus. Being able to rent the bikes and tour Hoi An was perfect for the kids.

Out of the crowded center of Hoi An but close to some really good restaurants. About a 17 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy with a balcony and a nice view of the river. Good massage. You can’t go wrong here.

It was a beautiful little hotel, my balcony overlook the river, the staff were amazing. Everybody was wonderful. My favourite people, breakfast is fabulous with a large variety to choose from. I didn’t go swimming in the pool because the weather conditions were unfavorable, but this hotel, I highly recommend and it it’s in a wonderful area with a beautiful view.

4 nights at the Lantana was superb. Lisa, Anna and team so helpful. Beautiful view across the river with rooms well appointed and large king bed. Breakfast included was excellent. Lovely pool. Transport shuttle to the ancient town. But can walk in 20 mins. I would say this was a perfect place to stay.

Breakfast foods are not fresh. Being a Vietnamese hotel but lack of Viet dishes. Far from Old Town and they don’t offer shuttle. Staff are nice.

The hotel is in a great quiet location, but also has lots of restaurants and convenience stores within the area. To head into the hustle and bustle of Hoi An its only a nice 20min walk (or 5 min bike ride on a hotel bike). The hotel staff are extremly welcoming and caring, providing lots of reccomendations for restaurants, activities and shops (which were all spot on). The staff will also happily pre book you show tickets, tours and taxis/transport. What also really impressed us is that they remember your name and are always genuinly interested in how your your day was, what did you do and is there anything they can help you with.

Lovely little hotel a little way out of the busy old town but nice location on river. Quiet pool, breakfast was ok, difficult to cater for all tastes in a smaller hotel but we were happy. The staff here without exception were fantastic, so helpful, so friendly. Well done whoever hired them all 👏 Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Fantastic staff, some of the friendliest we’ve had in Vietnam. Great hotel, walkable to the old town (in about 30 mins) but also the free bikes are fantastic. It was nice staying out of the old town a bit and was a quiet space to retreat to. Rooms and beds were comfy and pool was epic. Would recommend:)

Highly recommend

This hotel comes highly recommended. All of the staff were do helpful, always greeted us by name and anything we needed help with they were able to assist. The hotel itself was cute and very cosy. Easy walk from old town or bicycle ride from the beach. We came in the pouring rain and they helped us feel warm and welcomed. We would love to come back to Hoi An and if we do we will be staying here. We had some cocktails and breakfasts and lunches here which were served quickly and beautifully presented. Will be telling my family and friends to stay here without a doubt

雰囲気が良くスタッフはフレンドリーです。中心部から離れているので観光客も少なく、宿泊者は欧米人老夫婦が多く、テト期間でしたがとても静かでした。RiverViewのお部屋でのんびり川を眺めリフレッシュ出来ました。 旧市街までは徒歩20分程、自転車も借りられます。 難点はシャワールームのドアパッキンがゆるいのか、外に水が少し漏れてバスマットがビショビショになってしまった点です。ポットも壊れていて取り替えてもらいました。設備は古めですが手入れされていますし、対応も早いので問題ありません。次の予定を聞かれダナンに戻ると伝えると有料送迎も出来ると提案されました。grobより安そうだったのでお願いしました。 もっと長く滞在したい良いホテルでした。

中心地から離れた川沿いのこじんまりとしたホテルです。設備や食事などは街歩きをメインとするなら全く問題ないです。 バルコニーからの川の眺めも良いです。 スタッフの感じは良いですが、勧めてくれた内容と実際の相違（ホテル経由で空港までgrabを呼んだほうが安全で快適とのことでお願いしたが、3人分の大きなスーツケース αがあるものの小さい車で手配されていた、空港に向かうまでにシャワーも貸してあげると言っていただいたのでそれもお願いしたが、スタッフ間での引き継ぎが上手くいっていなかったようでバタバタとやや適当な対応をされた）があり、ホスピタリティという点では正直がっかりしました。grabは特別安い訳でもなかったので、自分たちでゆとりのある車種を選んだ方が気持ち良く帰路に着けたと思います。空港までの送迎もシャワーもこちらから提案した訳ではないので、悲しいですが良いように勧めてきただけ、という印象を受けました。
