Pleasant Stay

Had an amazing time in Hoi An. This property is giving me a home away from home vibe. Got outdoor pool. Quiet area and easy to get around 10-15 minutes from old town. This is the kind of place I am looking for.

Highly recommended!

Highly recommended homestay, warm and helpful family for any needs. Beautiful place in the nature, quiet and peaceful. It was always nice to come back from the city/activities and relax in the swimming pool by the river.

Chaleureux accueil

Le service etait tres bon. Nous sommes arrives en avance et avons pu profiter de la chambre avant midi. L'endroit est bien situe et a seulement 25 minutes en velo du centre de Hoi An, par contre trop loin pour aller a la plage car il n'y a pas d'acces direct et le pont est trop loin. Ideal pour se promener en velo et a 2 minutes du village aux cocotiers.

Ontzettend lieve, behulpzame mensen. Zeer nette en schone kamers. Schoon zwembad. Nadeel vlak bij drukke weg. Dag tevoren opgeven wat je voor je ontbijt wil. Als je meer dan 1 kop thee of koffie wil moet je bijbetalen. Verder een aangenaam verblijf gehad

Nice, chill and confy

Very nice little hotel, simple but very well set and confortable. The family is lovely, they have a lot of advise to give when you ask and are really helpful. The area is great as it is in the countryside of Hoi An so it is great to avoid tourists but still be at bycicle distance from the center of the town.

Pleasant Stay in the Country

I chose Lakeview Villa because I don't like the noise of town. The downside of this is that few taxi drivers know where to find the place and it is somewhat inconvenient to keep taking a cab everywhere you need to go. Fares ran from 70,000 VND to 100,000 VND even though we always departed from the same point in town. Furthermore, we were out far enough that the tourist agencies wouldn't provide pick up at the homestay and that caused some trouble for our hostess, I'm sad to say. That being said, I would still be willing to stay with this family again. Everything was bright and clean. The room was of a good size and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was easy to use and very clean! Whatever she's using in the laundry makes the sheets and towels smell fantastic! The food was good. She even had a mini-fridge in the room where we kept snacks that we had bought in town. We had good wi-fi reception. The service was excellent and her prices reasonable. To get us to My Son, she had to ride with us to a nearby hotel at 4 in the morning to meet the tour bus. She didn't bat an eyelash at the early hour. She was unbelievably chipper. We were very pleased with the whole experience! My only regret is that I never had time to swim in the infinity pool!

Это отель для тех кто ценит в отдыхе прежде всего близость с природой, тишину и спокойствие. Так же это лучшее место чтобы познакомиться с сельской жизнью Вьетнама. Номера просторные и чистые, вкусная еда, услужливый персонал. Нам организовали прекрасные поездки в Мраморные горы и Хюэ, значительно дешевле чем в городских бюро. До города и пляжа легко добраться за 15 минут на велосипеде.

Ein sehr schönes Homestay! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Dieses Homestay hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt idyllisch zwischen Palmen mitten im Kokosnusswald. Die Besitzer und die Serviceleute waren sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab zum Frühstück und am Abend immer einen frischen Obstteller, den wir mit Appetit vertilgten. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und waren sehr sauber. Auch die Ausstattung ist für ein Homestay sehr gut. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort heimisch und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Entscheidung für dieses Homestay haben wir nicht bereut. Alle Bilder, die wir im Internet zuvor gesehen haben entsprechen wirklich der Realität. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dahin gehen.
