Amazing Hotel

This is an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The breakfast was good with choices for Vietnamese and western.

Amazing little hotel with the most kind and lovely staff who are so happy to help customers, chat and make you feel at home. Convenient for old town, market, beach, lantern making, banana boats and tour pick ups. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked three extra nights.

We could not have been happier! The staff is the sweetest and they go out of their way to make sure you are as happy as you can be. The hotel is beautiful too. Such a fantastic price. Cannot beat it! We were so sad to leave. Will be back!

A hotel with a beautiful garden

This hotel has a beautiful garden and rooms. The entire hotel seems like a beautiful European garden palace. The hotel room is new and very clean. Breakfast is very delicious. The staff are very nice. One in particular called Tra My. She was there from the time we checked in until we left the hotel. Constantly assisting us with various issues. This is a beautiful hotel with great service. I will come again.

Good stay in Hoi An

Our stay was good, the hotel did allow us to check in early and kept our luggage after check out plus we where allowed to use the hotel park and rest area while waiting for our transport. Unfortunately, the Sauna and Steam bath were out of action due to leftover issues from COVID lockdown. Overall the start was good, the only thing not great was the breakfast as only western food was available.

A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely spacious room with a small outdoor courtyard, beds were really comfy and good shower pressure. Pool area is really nice, however did notice staff lacked a little attention to maintaining cleanliness (left over drink/food not removed for a long time, used towels left, and occasionally not recognising when fresh towels are needed for guests). Breakfast was really good - good spread of western and Asian. The hotel has bikes available to use which are much needed - around 10 minute cycle into Hoi An old town. The walk itself is around 30minutes. The staff were really friendly to talk to and really appreciated them saying ‘welcome back’ everytime we returned to the hotel! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It may have been a 4 star hotel but it isn’t anymore !! There were hair in my room that didn’t belong to me, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned during my stay, the service is not 4 star, and you don’t feel confortable and welcomed as i have seen in many good hotels.

Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, leider gab es an zwei von drei Tagen beim duschen nur lauwarmes Wasser (war aber nicht schlimm). Was auch bisschen schade war, es wurde ab 6 Uhr morgens ziemlich laut auf den Gängen und man konnte nicht ausschlafen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst :)! Kommen gerne wieder!
