Very clean and spacious hotel and room... Delicious breakfasts! Very comfy bed and pillows and very polite and friendly staff. Great location, easy walk to the main city centre/ markets etc. The hotel is beautifully tiled thoughout but this means it was noisy in the mornings and we had some ants in our room (as long as all food was put in the fridge, this didn't bother us)

Nice quiet place close enough to old quarter without being in the middle of the noise. Birds chirping ourside your window. There are only 7 rooms here so it feels spacious. AMAZING iced coffee free at breakfast. Super nice host family, free bike loan and cheap scooter rental next door.

We are very happy with the property. First we arrived a bit early but the staff allow us to get into the room. The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed and I like the balcony so much. The free breakfast was amazing. Everything was so good. I will definitely go back next time

The safe here are so lovely and extremely happy to help in any way. It's a very short walk to the Old Town area. Breakfast was great and made fresh for your order. This is a home stay so don't expect a pool or buffet breakfast. Trust me if you need more for breakfast your belly is too big and some would say fat. You can hire bikes or motor bikes from next door very cheap. We were very happy.

Loved this place

Very well situated about 5 mins walk outside of the old town and right opposite a 5 star hotel. I can honestly say that I don't believe that I would have received better service across the road from the Heritage Homestay - our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. Checked in with the minimal of fuss. The lady on reception said that there were a number of things that she could recommend if we wanted and to just ask. Laundry was duly sorted immediately next door (I believe that it is all linked) and we settled in for a comfortable stay. The hotel (it wasn't a homestay) brought us bottles of water and fruit (bananas & mangoes) and cakes every day - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with a choice from the menu and fresh bread, butter and jam. Pound for pound, I would rate this as the best place that we've stayed on our trip throughout India and SE Asia - absolutely loved it!

O nosso quarto era espaçoso, a cama deliciosa (cama grande e lençóis macios) e foi lá que tomei o melhor banho durante minha viagem (banheiro com box e ducha forte). A localização é boa (uns 10 minutos até o cidade antiga). A única coisa que nos incomodou (e muito!) foi o cheiro forte de mofo! Era fortíssimo, mas depois de um tempo acostumou.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, komfortable Betten und gutes Frühstück mit frischen Baguettes. Täglich frisches Obst im Zimmer. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht und schnell zu erreichen.

Lovely home stay!

We didn't expect as much as we got from this homestay as it was such a good deal money wise. But we were pleasantly surprised! The room was huge with very comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was brand new and the shower was lovely! Breakfast was included and there was a good choice to choose from. Definitely recommend this homestay!

다낭 - 호이안 여행 숙소들 중 최고

친구랑 하루 머물렀는데, 주변에 올드타운도 있고 자전거 대여도 바로 옆에서 할 수 있고 다낭갈때 택시도 합리적인 가격에 불러주어서 굳굳 침대도 푹신해서 좋았구요. 아침도 맛있어요~~

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso l'Heritage Homestay ad Hoi An ed è stata una bellissima esperienza! La posizione è ottima per raggoungere in pochi minuti a piedi la città vecchia, pur restando fuori dalla confusione sei turisti della sera. Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Ci hanno anche indicato un negozio in cui andare a fare gli abiti su misura: è stato perfetto!
