My wife and I had a tremendous stay at Daisy Hotel during our recent trip to Da Nang. The property was an oasis from the maddening streets and a quiet retreat. My highlight was the awesome staff team who went the extra mile to fulfil our requests and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Kudos to Zoey, Lily, Queen, another lady staff whose name slips me, and Tall Handsome Manager. Everyone was absolutely brilliant and deserve praise and a raise! Location was smack right in a local area with local coffee joints and residences providing an interesting insight into lives of real Vietnamese. Grab/taxi brings you to more touristy areas in quick time. There are decent dining options around, and is a 5-10 min walk to the quieter side of My Khe beach. Only area for improvement: 2 card keys instead of 1 would be much welcomed.

Super convenient and quiet location - 5* service from absolutely everyone. The breakfast selection while not the largest, is very fresh and continuously stocked up with delicious items. Everyone at the reception desk is warm, inviting and helpful. The room was by far my favourite thing of the hotel, spacious and airy, with the air-conditioning working effectively in a short time. While it was a bit chilly to utilise their very beautiful pool, it was a joy to watch the koi fish hanging out every morning. What a delightful place to stay. Thank you to everyone who made us so comfortable during our stay ❤️

Great stop for our short visit in Da Nang. I think we were lucky to have booked in off-season because we got to enjoy the amazing pool to ourselves during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was responsive with accommodation needs and travel arrangements. We had one of the limited poolside rooms and were happy to see so much counterspace for the restroom area. We would come back, thank you!

The staff is very friendly and utmost helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rate per night is very affordable. My only chief complaint was my shower was moldy and a bit smelly.

Beautiful Da Nang Hotel
I loved staying here at The Daisy Boutique! The staff were friendly and fast and the hotel itself was very beautiful. I had stayed at another hotel for the first part of my trip and enjoyed it, but I enjoyed my stay at the Daisy Boutique more! The bathroom is the perfect size, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the garden and pool views are both wonderful. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach, a market, and so much more!

Everything was to my satisfaction except for the smoke that got into my unit when other customers smoke out in the open space next to or below my unit. I don't think that anything could be done about the smoking. Otherwise, I really staying at this hotel. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

Property looks brand new and very cosy. Pool area is picturesque and the common area well decorated. Room is modernly furnished and exceeded my expectation given it’s price. The staff and friendly and always available to answer any questions we have. Highly recommend and will return to this hotel if I come back to Da Nang again!

everything is good but..
Hotel arranging a pick up at a higher price then normal grab. Suggesting if you arrive at norma hours just GRAB. Hotel looks new and staff are all friendly. Chic and stylish design as are displayed on hotels.com. My understanding from the info on hotels.com that it is NEWLY BUILT. However I just found out my frd stayed in exactly same hotel two- three years ago. So may be change of ownership. Yet still new .. One major thing - our room 308 is very nice. Nice space, clean, cool balcony. However consistently running out of hot water after eg 5 mins. The staff was kind to help out and offered another room 305 for shower. However similar problem occurs. Kind staff offered us free pick up to airport on our departure. Breakfast Buffett soso with flies around. Conclusion - nice hotel with nice staff. Hot water issue needs be solved.

During a short period of operation, this feedback of yours is immensely meaningful to us and it will become a source of motivation to drive our hotel to improve more and more in terms of quality, especially about the hot water problem. Once again, we truly feel so sorry for this unforeseen incident happened to you, at this time, we hired a new team of repairmen to prevent this situation from happening again in the future. For some issues you mentioned, we want to make an explanation as following. First, on the airport pick-up service, the main transportation which we have always used is a private car with a driver waiting for you and holding a name board at the arrival gate, which either Grabs or taxies are not at all. If making a comparison with other public transportation, we admit that our service is apparently higher than one of them, but we are always respectful to our customers, we show them many options and that decision of the option totally depends on them. Second, your friend was maybe right that our hotel ‘s architecture is similar to some other hotels your friend used to stay. For more information, the one designing our hotel is quite a well-known architect in Da Nang city and his design style is woven deeply into the fabric of his buildings. That is the reason why your friend told you this hotel has existed two years ago, in fact, our hotel is completely newly built and we have run the business for nearly two months. By the way, thank you so much for becoming our first guests. On buffet breakfast in the morning, due to our hotel is located in the area with a humid tropical climate plus into our architecture hotel is open-air, these things are good conditions for the flies grow. But fortunately, we figured out the method to eliminate these insects. We are so thankful because you let us know our pros and cons so that the quality of our hotel can continue to grow day by day, month by month and year by year. We promise in the next time, when you can give us another opportunity to serve you one more time, we will do our best in order not to let you down.

Love the interior, the location, and the staffs. Excellent hospitality! My boyfriend and I had a great time here. If you need help with anything, don’t hesitate to ask any of the staffs, they are more than willing to help with anything.

This newly opened hotel provides us a excellent service. They accept my request for early check-in as long as the room has prepared for us. Also, they’ve communicated very well with us when I’ve paid wrongly for the transport driver. Highly recommend!

The hotel is new, clean, and fashionable. The beef noodle soup was amazing and we totally enjoyed breakfast. Their support was awesome as they gave us local information which helped us to find great restaurants.They arranged a car with higher quality than Grab with the almost same price. ホテルの人の対応が素晴らしかった。 ジャンケンで一人ソファで寝ることになったが快く毛布を貸してくれた。 朝食はとても美味しいので必ず入れたほうがいい。 両替もできるし、ホテルのタクシーを使えば普通のタクシーやグラブより安くなり、料金の支払いも最終日までつけ払い可能。 都会から少し離れているがタクシーが安いので充分満足できた。
