The place locates in the quiet neighborhood, but still very close to all the main attractions. The host family is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for a quick night stay in Hội An if needed.

We tried a family owned homestay accommodation for the first time. They were very helpful and happy to share there home. it was clean and comfortable, and near the main attractions. would stay in similar again.

Big, clean bedrooms!

Nice, big, freshly remodeled, very clean bedrooms. The family there are very nice and friendly . They are very helpful and spoke English. Very close walking distance to lantern night market, just down the street. That's where you want to be. Great location! I Highly recommended this place and I definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

The folks that run this Homestay are VERY wonderful. We had a great experience on our visit. The bed mattress were extra firm, which I really liked, everything was clean, and the hosts were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful people. The shower and toilet are right next to each other with no divider which is common and not a deal breaker. About the only negative thing I can think of is two steps in the home you really need to pay attention to. One just before the stairs, and one in the room. If you wake up to use the toilet you could have a surprise with the step in the room. Overall, for the price and central location I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it

We loved our stay! The family was so Nice and Made our stay in hoi an 100 times better. Every time we went out to do something they gave us a bottle of water, and they gave us lots of tips and recommendations. Lee (one in the family), fixed transport several times as well. If you’re going to hoi an, we really recommend you to stay at there Homestay hotel! The location is really good too, and close to everything. But in a quiet street, so easy to sleep.

가격대비 괜찮은 숙소

위치는 야시장과 올드타운에서 가까워서 아주 좋습니다. 가격대비 숙소상태도 나쁘지 않습니다. 가족들도 친절합니다 다만 영어 소통이 아주머니 한분만 가능한 것은 좀 불편했습니다.

Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que estaban re-modelando y que nos llevarían a otro hotel, inicialmente no nos querían dar la misma habitación que habíamos reservado no estaban entregando otra con menos servicios, pero al final todo se soluciono y nuestra estadía fue muy agradable.

The price is cheapest in the website when I found it. But the quality is better than I expected. You can walk to the Old Town of Hoi An with in a minute. The room is also clean and quiet.

Family own Guesthouse

Friendly lady owner with Clean environment. The house is well located and walking distance to Ancient Town and Temples. There is night market nearby with plenty of food stalls and eateries. Hoi An Lanterns are beautiful and colorful. We booked bus tickets to Hue and took us with their motors to the bus station. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful family who always helped us with booking My Son and transport needs. They helped when I left my phone in the taxi and all was well Fantastic location so close to all. Basically it's on the street off the night market and river so you walk 5 minutes . Super quiet and lovely rooms

Cosy and friendly place to be in Hoi An

We were 6 persons travelling and had 4 rooms here. We met the loveliest staff which were helpful taking our luggage to the rooms as there was no elevators. The location is great, next to the night market but it was in a quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful with car arrangement to Ba Na Hills and Hue. If we had any questions it was no problem asking the staff as they were superfriendly and ready to assist. Would stay here again.

본인은 남자이며 배낭여행객으로 이용함 일단 호이안 야시장과 매우 가까움 도보 1분내 , 와이파이 잘 터짐 청결도 좋고, 접근성 좋고, 창문 밖으로 옆 호텔 수영장 보임 ㅋㅋ 가족분이 운영하는곳이고 친절함 홈스테이라고 가족이랑 마즈칠질 많다고 생각했지만 딱히 없었음

The property is near to the old town and night market, very convenience to walk around. The staff is very lovely and friendly. It's nice to stay over if you didn't mind about fancy room, service or facility. It's quite clean though.

とにかく、家族の方がとても親切でした。みなさんニコニコしてて、こちらまで幸せな気分になりました。二人で泊まったのですが、 部屋は広くてベッドが三つあったので、広々と使わさせていただきました。エアコンもよくきいていました。 ナイトマーケットの近くなので、場所も最高です。

The host family was very friendly, courtesy and helpful. The accommodation is less than 5 minutes walk to the night market, Bridge temple and ancient town. The room was roomy and safe. Great experience!
