Staff are friendly, helpful, they can also offer extended stay for 6 hours for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is excellent, pool is clean, souvenir shop at the lobby has quality products with competitive price. Location is convenient, close to my the beach and a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, as well as other cuisines nearby. I would stay here again.

Surprisingly this hotel rooms is so clean and huge room. Extremely value for money. The service is excellent , right from the reception staff Ms. Nguyen to the staff managing the breakfast eggs counter. Location is quiet and near to everywhere.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the beach side of Da Nang, with easy access to numerous local facilities and the many restaurants of varied food choices… The hotel staff (from reception to dining to house keeping) are very friendly, accommodating and respectful to their guests! I will return on my next visit to Da Nang!

Awesome friendly staff. The hotel for the location and the price is amazing value. I really enjoyed the stay and will be staying here, everytime that I am in Da Nang. It is modern, comfortable and it is a friendly atmosphere. The pool on the rooftop is fantastic.

Near the beaxh
Love the rooftop pool! Great views of the city. Room was quite big and clean with its own balcony. We were on the top floor so not noisy at all. Had lunch by the pool and breakfast was decent too. I’d stay here again.

overall great stay
Great spacious rooms with good air conditioning . We enjoyed the roof top pool with sauna and spa . Staff were helpful but not pushy as they can be at other Vietnam establishments . Only negative was the breakfast which had the same menu offering each day . We stayed 5 nights and some variety would have been appreciated .

Great value!
Great location a couple blocks from the beach with the friendliness staff. They will email you offering hotel transfer that did not end up being best value. Recommend taking a short taxi or Grab ride service from airport if needed. Tours and activities can be booked at front desk. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Definitely will return next time in Da Nang.

Lovely hotel very new and staff are very helpful, short walk to the beach. We rented a motorbike that the hotel recommended round the corner for very cheap 100000dong a day. Pool is great and the rooms are stunning. Only problem we had was our booking came with a free Meal for 2, when we went for it they said it was only one per room so you have to pay for the second meal (not what our booking had said). Just slightly irritating.

I was told that there was a bar in the swimming pool area but there is no bar with alcohol. I was told that you could get chicken wings and burgers by the pool but that was not true. We ordered three different kinds of food and were told that only one thing was available.

Is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed for a week, the staff are friendly and helpful. Location wise, the hotel is very near (walk able distance) to the beach and nearby eateries/restaurants.

Average hotel, that I would not recommend
Overall it’s an unclean hotel. We had the 1 bedroom room and were tucked on the top floor behind the restaurant glass door. The room itself was dark, strange layout and overall just didn’t feel like you can stay for more than a day. I am glad I had cancelled the second night, which I was appreciate they did for me inspite of it being non cancel able. The staff is lovely though, at least the service staff. The reception desk gals could be more pleasant but the bellman and the breakfast staff were polite and courteous. It’s definitely not a kid friendly hotel. Pool is on the top floor and small and I was scared all the time and had to watch my kids. Overall I would not recommend this place

Staffs were very attentive to our needs. The place is super safe, quiet and a short walk to the beach. However, there coffee during breakfast could have been better although, great breakfast varieties. I would definitely stay again when back in Da Nang!

The hotel was in a good location for the beach and local restaurants. Staff were attentive and helpful. The balcony had space to stand but not to sit. The roof top pool was lovely.

Hotel was decent for price paid. Restaurant service needs to be improved. Night staff lack info and local knowledge. Do not listen to their recommendations on local restaurants. Restaurant staff are not exactly running on all cylinders at night. Best eat outside for dinners.

Value, great pool, lots of restaurants/bars nearby
Nice room, several blocks off the beach (walkable, but best if you get a motobike. Stay at the other Aria hotel just a block off the beach if that's what you want) Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Pool was great, with views of beach, city and Pagoda.

Wonderful hotel with AMAZING staff
We had a lovely stay at the Aria Grand. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was was diverse, plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, cozy and the bed.... divine! Great place with a great location close to he beach with free bicycles to ride.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est assez beau. La vue n'est pas l'attrait principal de cet endroit, par contre. L'équipe à la réception est particulièrement à l'écoute. Le réceptionniste nous a aidé à trouver un restaurant pas loin de l'établissement. La chambre était propre, confortable et neuve. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très jolie et bien décorée.
