"Our stay at the light inn was incredible. The facilities are nice, spacious and so clean! Everyone there was so incredibly lovely and friendly to us. We cannot express how sweet the owner and wokers were, the kindest people we have met! We cannot recomend them more! "

"Pro n Con 1 toilet toilet with shower at level 2 and 1 powder room at Level share among 16 pax is insufucient. This hostel is too old siiting on the slope is pretty scary if there is an errosion during raining season feel very unsafe."

"Excellent Value with a Watery-Ending! For the price, this hostel was well worth the money. I was able to rest in the lounge and leave my items prior to check-in. The room itself was comfortable and the beds were typical for many hostels in Taiwan. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. Location was "ok" but if you don't mind walking at least 5 minutes to go somewhere, it's alright. "剛好窗外的馬路在施工，因窗戶有座雙層氣密窗，其實聽不太到外面車流噪音或是施工的噪音，離基隆火車站很近，過一條馬路就到了，附近有公家停車場路程約5~10分鐘，整體來說還是很不錯的！"

"The location is absolutely stunning, first of all. But the two running the hostel are some of the nicest and coolest people ive ever met. They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. The owner got out of his way to accommodate my arrival time, and pick me up from the near-by subway station。Since we did not have a key to the house, the owner always made available time from his business to lock the door and let me in.
