The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. Super hotel in a great location
"We had a great time here. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the piazza. The staff were really helpful, and always someone available to ask. The breakfast was outstanding! We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city. All the main attractions are easily accesible by bus, taxi, or walking. Thoroughly recommended! "
