"Maria was a very helpful host who answered all of our questions both via email and WhatsApp. She really went above and beyond and immediately noticed I had left a valuable item behind and I was able to retrieve thanks to her. "

"Great overnight stay, the place was so well and centrally located. Bit of a climb, but the comfort and facilities definitely did it justice !
Breakfast was amazing, great selection, good quality - we had it by our balcony which was a great way to spend the last day in the amazing city of Palermo !"
"What a wonderful hidden gem of a hotel this turned out to be. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was incredible and was close to all that we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend as well as stay here again in the future. OWNER WAS hands on and made our stay so enjoyable."
"Short, wonderful stay in a clean and spacious room. Loved the location overlooking a cool plaza, and pretty good shopping/restaurants within a 7 minute walk. Expensive designer stuff really very close if that is desirable to you.
Breakfast was extra but great variety with healthy options avaliable and good coffee."
"We had a problem with our room, the staff were very helpful. We were moved into a bigger room, which they allowed us to stay in for the rest of our time there.
The breakfast was delivered to our room, and it was delicious!
Very happy with our stay, thankyou. I travelled here with my partner and 4 month old baby. "
"Lovely classic old hotel, not inexpensive but very well maintained. Surprisingly well equipped gym, turndown nicely service, nice bathrooms & very friendly staff"
"The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was large and bright, very clean and attractively appointed. The street in front of the hotel was always extremely dirty with trash and the walking surfaces are in extremely bad condition. The hotel staff is excellent and attentive, the breakfast service was generous and of a high quality. Everyone was very gracious. I would say the only down side was perhaps the large tour groups that congested the lobby."
