"We had a great stay at Harborside Inn. The staff allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. They made recommendations of places to go and eat. Our room was huge. It had a fridge. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot, but no big deal. The walls are a little thin(we heard the baby next door screaming). Thankfully that wasn’t every night. They don’t offer breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant attached has excellent omelets. The hotel was very convenient for everything that we wanted to see, which was just about everything. It is located right by the ferry."

"When I arrived, the clerk said she couldn’t find my reservation. After a few moments of panic (mine), she found it and gave no apology for the worry. Overall a sourpuss. As far as the room, the thermostat was in Celsius - I had no idea - so I couldn’t find a comfortable temp all night. Apparently the shades were operable only from a switch on the wall - again, I had no idea. Also the lights were wonky. Half the time, they didn’t go on. I finally figured out that there’s a master switch by the door - for all the lights including the bathroom. Finally, the cost. It’s a bait and switch. They say only $220 a night. Not bad. Then they add a $25 bs charge literally for nothing. Just say the room is $245. Also, valet was something like $50 a night. Madness. I won’t be staying there again."

"No complaints! Friendly and helpful staff; nice facilities; quiet room; filtered water on each floor; a closet on the floor where I could pick up a toothbrush and comb (helpful). Comfortable bed, nice mattress!!"

"On-site parking in a garage under the hotel was very convenient. FYI clearance is listed as 6’ high so be mindful of that. I drive an suv and it fit fine. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was a decent size for in a bigger city. It was a 16 minute walk to Fenway park, which is why we went there. Easy access back on to the mass pike as well. No frills, but comfy bed and clean/ well cared for. Will definitely stay here again!"
