The kids (7, 9, 11) had a grand time exploring the property and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. I REALLY appreciated having the basics - coffee filters, tissues, foil, salt/pepper, oil. "This home is beautiful inside and outside, fully stocked, and very welcoming. Comfortable beds and seating areas. We loved our time here visiting. The quiet, deer, French Creek, star gazing, just overall a peaceful vacation. The hosts were very helpful and answered all questions. The cleaning staff did such a wonderful job, the home was spotless when we entered. Will would recommend this lovely property to anyone. It was simply perfect, way beyond five stars."

"Lovely, quiet location with deer frolicking. The cabin was a great home base for exploring the Black Hills. The quiet nights and mornings were amazing. Nice patio for morning coffee, grilling, and a fire pit under the stars. Some of the doorways in the historic cabin require care for those over 6' tall. Bonk! Would highly recommend if you like peace and a natural setting away from town."
