"Excellent staff assistance and help. They speak good English and very friendly including staff at the bistro across the road which are very professional on their job. They really give you the best experience when staying there . "

"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"We love that our room had a balcony. The hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant is independent and the staff there is not so friendly. We would stay there again. Plus, you can walk to the train station and the lake easily. We recommend! "
