"Great location! Convenient to the tube, bus, taxis, Uber. Rooms were cleaned when requested, which is perfect. Breakfast was expensive - only did that one day. The other restaurant/bar was a comfortable place to sit and relax. Everyone was friendly and helpful!"
"From the initial interaction from the reception staff, to the final good bye from the gentleman on the door as we left, every single member of staff was courteous, polite, and accommodating.
We stayed in the WOW Suit which had a lot of space. We found that there were a lack of plug sockets near the bed. If I was going to suggest an improvement, it would be for a bigger TV to be installed.
The breakfast was very nice. A good selection of different items, and they were all fresh. No old fruit in this fruit salad. :)
I prefer poached eggs over scrambled, but this isn't easy in a buffet style breakfast.
We were invited to use their joining pub for an evening meal, but the pub staff say they are always busy on Sundays which results on many hotel guests not being able to the pub restaurant; something they have told the hotel but they do not tell the guests. The concierge was able to suggest other local services to use."
"Extremely warm welcome! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever met in a London hotel.
Great location and only 15 minutes on the bus from Kings Cross. Close to everywhere in Shoreditch.
Rooftop bar was amazing too.
Highly recommend ⭐️"
