"Beautiful new home with fully stocked kitchen and kid friendly plates & utensils. Pool at the house was chilly so would definitely purchase heat next time. Lots of stairs for the little ones (and the grandparents) but overall wonderful stay with a quick 5 min drive to beach access. Kids also loved the bigger neighborhood pool and playground! Construction near by for the other new homes going in didn’t bother us at all bc we were mostly gone all day and the kids loved watching the machines and trucks. "

"This house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and one kiddo. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was spotless and confortable for everyone! There is a gas grill (propane provided) and we cooked red snapper, salmon, and shrimp from the local seafood market. The views from the top deck are perfect for watchng the sunrises and sunsets and, as the beach bum in the family, I loved every minute of it! The pictures represent everything perfectly. We will definitely book again if available. "

"The air conditioning was non-functional for the first two days of our stay, which made the home uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy.The upstairs refrigerator did not work, and we nearly lost a large number of groceries, including critical medications like antibiotics and insulin for our dogs.Maintenance workers were in and out of the property multiple times across several days, making it hard for our family to relax or feel settled.The cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations, with visible mold discovered in the king jet bathroom—a clear indicator that a deep cleaning is overdue.I tried contacting the property manager over FIVE times to discuss a partial refund for the inconveniences and no one EVER got back to me. They did however break the link to be able to leave a review on the properties web page. Plenty other beach houses put there, stay one where they actually respect their customers. "
