Carolina Sunshine is part of the Indian Summer Condominium Complex, located in section F of Ocean Sands in Corolla. A short walk to the beach for an early morning run, day of play in the surf or a leisurely stroll as the sun sets.

The first bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk bed. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own full bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space, dresser drawers, TV/DVD players, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The second bathroom is located off the main hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart griddle/grill/panini maker, Cuisinart blender and waffle maker . Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, dishes, cocktail/wine glasses, and a variety of serving utensils.

Carolina Sunshine’s large, covered deck overlooks the pool. An outdoor fan on the condo deck provides a lovely breeze on hot days. This condo is on the top floor, an end unit which assures privacy, peace and quiet. The pool is open roughly May-October and for the use of Indian Summer residents and renters only. There are plenty of pool chairs and dining tables available for your use on the pool deck. There are also grilling stations(charcoal) on the property, as well as picnic tables and a covered area poolside.

Carolina Sunshine is on the second floor and requires guests to climb two sets of stairs. There is a private carport on the ground level that will fit two cars, limited to two cars only of normal size. Also note that while it is a short walk to the beach, there is a stairway over the dunes in order to access the beach.

Each bed has a comforter, pillows, and extra blankets. Starter supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags are provided for guests.

Carolina Sunshine is conveniently located next to shopping centers and restaurants as well. The Harris Teeter grocery store is directly across the street, a short walk, as well as Duck Donuts, The Off The Wall Tap Room, Pizzazz Pizza, An Ice Cream Shop, Wings Gift Shop and The Wild Horse AdventureTours. A short drive to the north will bring you to the Timbuck II Shopping Village which has over 60 shops and restaurants. A little further up Route 12 is the 4 x 4 area is accessible where wild horses roam.

If you enjoy tennis, there are courts on site . For those who want to get in a round of golf, the Currituck Club is located directly across Route 12 and offers some stunning views of the Sound Side of the Outer Banks.
