"We had a great stay in this property, with so many thoughtful additions to the house that made it feel like a home. We brought our 7 month old baby and 3 year old and there were toys, cots and high chairs available for use which really made us feel at home. The hosts were great to communicate with and the house was exactly as advertised. We will be missing our morning coffees out in the backyard watching the pool and canal."

"YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Booked this place as part of our trip through Queensland, it looked ideal as we don't enjoy the beach so much & with what looked like a nice pool & BBQ area our decision was straight forward. As we arrived there was a notice advising pool & BBQ area closure due to required upgrades (see image) however we was delighted to find this had not started yet. We shopped for BBQ food ready for the following evening but sadly never got the chance to enjoy. The next morning 7.30am we was awakened to drilling & hammering noises along with pool/bbq area closure which was disappointing to say the least. At this point I wouldn't have left a bad review even though we wouldn't have booked the property knowing there was even a chance of closure, what really got me angry was the property manager LIED!!! The images attached show the facts & you can decide this for yourself. Hotels.com apologised for the property not caring a dam about us, all we wanted was the property to apologise although Hotels.com requested a refund, this was never our request. THE POOL & BBQ COULD REMAIN CLOSED FOR SOME TIME & YOU WILL ONLY KNOW WHEN YOU ARRIVE!!!."

"Accommodation is excellent, however on check in there is never anywhere to park whilst doing so. The "Visitor" spots are always full day and night so you try to find a park on the street and wander in."

"Had a wonderful stay at Anne’s beach house. Was met with a gorgeous welcome pack. House is incredibly well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location is amazing. We were on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Cafes up the road are fabulous too. Would definitely stay again. "

"We used our own baby gates at the top of the stairs to keep our 2 year old & 10 month old safe.Great having 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms for our 4 couples & children.Would have appreciated A/C in upstairs lounge & 2 of the downstairs bedrooms.Happy with everything else."
