Step inside this lovely 4BR home and you'll feel like you're on holiday straight away. The whole place is bright and breezy, with coastal tones and open spaces. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space commands a central position, leading off to a separate lounge area with large Smart HD TV and DVD player. There are4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry (with washer and dryer), as well as a study area. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee maker (what's a holiday without your morning coffee?) and breakfast bar.

Sealing the deal on the kids front, this property also boasts a large backyard, perfect for cricket, which is also fully fenced. But wait, there's more - the double-garage at the front of the house has been turned into a games room while still providing plenty of room for parking in the driveway.

The property is located approximately 200 meters to the main beach, 1.6 kms from Woolworths and a short 650 meters to the local coffee shop and take-away.

The beautiful blue waters are home to many dolphins, whales and other aquatic life, the opportunity to sight these graceful locals is one of the major features that make this area a magnet for lovers of nature.

Culburra Beach is also known for whale watching, placed such that the migration, both north and south, can be observed as they pass by. The majority of whales sighted are Humpback whales, which migrate along the east coast from June to November.

The choice of water sports is wide and many people come to scuba dive, snorkel, fish, stand up paddleboard and explore these famous waters.

Coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. See kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats and many rare bird and animal species in the wild.

If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.
