"Our experience at Ibis Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful the grounds were immaculate, the ambiance was peaceful, and the entire property had a relaxing, welcoming vibe. What truly made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. A huge thank you to Barbara at the front desk! She greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness, and she made the check-in process seamless. Barbara went out of her way to even recommend some restaurants near by which helped being that It was my first time in Key West. Her kind demeanor and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay. We can't recommend Ibis Resort enough it’s a perfect getaway spot with stunning surroundings and outstanding staff. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Honestly the best resort to stay in Key West. We stay here every time we drive down for the weekend. Worth every penny and would highly recommend, especially staying in a one bedroom suite. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept, right across the street from one of the best beaches. Free parking, and shuttles to town and the airport for your convenience. Pool and hot tub. Great food and bar. Service and employees are amazing. They have so many goodies and perks to enjoy and a concierge to book all of your fun adventures. Quiet and peaceful retreat for the soul. "

"The front desk help were excellent. Told me about the amenities, they texted me to see if we needed anything. We had a bit of rain and I received another text letting me know about things to do In the rain at the resort and in town . So thoughtful. I would recommend this resort highly . I definitely will go stay any."

"Was clean and friendly staff, shuttle driver were also nice, the pool was awesome and so was the bar. Only thing is I thought there was a balcony but it is more of a motel set up. But the rooms are comfy and very coast home inspired"
