"Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. "

"Our day started by pulling into a rundown hotel with police out front arresting someone. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was a strong foul odor that I couldn’t even identify. The entire building felt extremely humid, outdated, and poorly maintained. The front desk was hidden behind a hanging plastic barrier, making it nearly impossible to hear the staff. To make matters worse, the hotel advertised a continental breakfast, yet there was a handwritten sign saying there would be none. Even the parking lot felt unsafe. The condition of the vehicles and overall environment made it clear this was not a place you would want to leave anything valuable in your car — or even leave your car there at all. When we went upstairs, there were multiple large commercial-grade dehumidifiers running throughout the hallway. They were incredibly loud and gave off an unpleasant odor that remained throughout our entire two-night stay. Inside the room, things did not improve. The noise and poor air quality from the hallway carried directly into the room. The refrigerator had old, caked-on food and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The shower did not even have a proper showerhead, and there was no functional shower curtain, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor. Honestly, it felt like this hotel should not even be open to guests in its current condition. I genuinely would not stay here again even if it were free."

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet room with good beds. Expedia had no warning that the hotel was going to charge me $20 more for parking. The room had no microwave, probably because there are restaurants in the hotel. Even Motel 6 has microwaves in their rooms. It was a good night's sleep though."

"We loved the hotel’s old country elegance and the estate like setting at the foothills of Avon mountain. The beautifully wood paneled tavern room served excellent dinner with live music. Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway."

"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."
