"All the small details are done well. The cottage was very deep clean. All the appliances work great. The shower is hot and has plenty of pressure. The area is whisper quiet and close to tons of fun things. We tossed a frisbee around the huge yard, went to Cloquet, Duluth and the shore, Jay Cooke, the candy store, etc. The hosts were great as well. Will totally stay again!"

"What a hidden gem that’s a little off the beaten path. I was looking for a last minute place to stay near Rice Lake wildlife refuge and a room was available. The lodge room was above the bar, and we took advantage of the bar and then the pool area, so there was never a noice issue. The pool area was one of the cleanest I think I’ve ever seen. All the staff from the front desk to the bar was super friendly and helpful "
