"Not well staffed. Had a long wait to check in though I was the only person at the desk. No hot water available for tea, cold coffee. The person at desk said she wouldn’t have time to tend to that even though the guest seating area was full of people wanting refreshments. Why do people think it’s ok to walk barefoot from pool to rooms. Put up a sign "

"Lovely, cozy apartment with nice linens. Host was very responsive to a minor issue which was resolved immediately. Close to downtown Hibbing restaurants. We did not use TV or cook so can't comment on that but there was a nicely stocked kitchen. Love that coffee was there! It was 30 minutes from the Sax-Zim Bog which is why we were there to go birding. "

"Very comfortable beds. Decent cookware. Nice bathrooms. Game room was downsized from last year which was disappointing. TV only had Disney that we could access. No instructions on how to run the TV. Pretty clean. One bedspread had something on the underside, mouse droppings in one kitchen cupboard, multiple dishes and silverware/spatula/utensils were dirty. Overall we had a great stay. "
