"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."

"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "

"After a 13 hour trip, we arrived at a place that was overbooked. An alternative hotel was offered 3 km up the hills, so clearly not a 'walk to the beach' anymore. Hotel staff was OK, but young. Manager on the phone did not talk to us, but to the girl instead. We were offered dinner as a compensation, but we had to stay elsewhere. Note: we were not hungry and had other dinner plans for the next night... No financial compensation offered, but only free dinner at the hotel that we could not stay...

Maten på hotellet får 1 av 5 möjliga, vad ni är ni gör akta er för nyårsmeny. Gymmet är slitet och man känner sig inte välkommen där. Rummet var väldigt lyhört. "Excellent smallish and stylish hotel, boutique like but not pretentious. Very Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet street but 2 min walk into tourist spots. Rooms were good, gym is a bit tired, downstairs swimming is small but the spa, sauna and rooftop pool and sun area are really great. Excellent Fine dining in restaurant with very good breakfast. Would definitely return. "
