"Great location with grocery shopping and other stores, restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and the view was very pleasant. The room service was very efficient and arrived quickly. I think the could have used a clock so that when you woke up in the night you knew what time it was and also the hair dryer kept turning off. That was very inconvenient. The front desk staff assisted me with all of my tours and answered all of my questions. All in all it was a very good experience and I would return."

"The apartment was spotless with every possible amenity that you could want and so thoughtfully arranged. Where there could be any doubt about how to use something there were written instructions. The bed was very comfortable in a spacious bedroom with a nice large wardrobe. The view is amazing and we never tired of looking at it and the gardens have lovely scented flowers and a spacious barbecue area. The host os delightful and quick to respond if you have any questions, we were really sad to leave and would hope that we can return next year and stay for more that a week. "

"Hotel location and parking were extremely hard to find and navigate. The hotel in itself was nice and had kind staff. Our room was upgraded but it had a very strange layout. Tub was in the middle of the room which is awkward if traveling with friends and family, the shower and sink leaked into the main room, and there was insufficient lighting. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! "

"We liked everything about this hotel…except problems with breakfast during our entire stay.. For the three days that we were guests at this lovely hotel, we found that there was just not enough staff to manage keeping the tables clean, getting adequate food on the buffet table, refilling the platters, putting out sufficient mugs, etc. The two staff members who were working were polite with our requests, and very respectful, but they just couldn’t do it all on their own. This needs to be rectified for the hotel to be truly deserving of a 5-star rating. "

"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "
